I have spent over 30 years in the construction industry, working on thousands of homes throughout my career. I began as a home inspector and later worked extensively in roofing, which gave me a rare perspective into how homes truly perform over time.
Inspecting and repairing homes showed me something important. The small decisions made early in construction often determine whether a home lasts decades or develops problems years later. I saw the same shortcuts and overlooked details again and again.
Building homes has always been my passion. Summit Custom Homes was created so I could build them the right way from the start, with long term durability, thoughtful design, and strong craftsmanship at the center of every project.

Summit Custom Homes was not built overnight. It grew from decades of hands on experience in inspection, repair, and roofing.
After working on thousands of homes, Paul saw firsthand where construction often falls short. Rather than continuing to fix recurring problems, he felt called to approach home building differently. The goal was simple. Build homes stronger, smarter, and with careful attention to the details that matter most over time.
Summit was founded on that mindset. Every home is built with the perspective of someone who has seen every angle of construction and understands how each decision impacts the life of a home for years to come. It is not about volume. It is about building with intention, integrity, and lasting quality.
